Born on June 30, 1962, Graduated in 1981 with PCM and B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecom. Eng. from J.K. Institute of Applied Physics, University of Allahabad in 1984 along with M.Tech. in R.F field. Soon he joined the Scientific Instrument Co. Ltd., Sahibabad, Ghaziabad as Electronic Engineer in Sr. grade and served in the fields of Research & Development and in the production of RF components waveguide components, analytical & research purposes equipments. Then, he switched over to Uttarakhand Technical Education in 1988. After serving for about 20 years at various academic\/administrative positions, He was raised to Level 13, Principal\/DDO in 2008. He also worked with Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education as Deputy Secretary & State Curriculum Coordinator during 2004-08 and also as off. Joint Secretary. He also executed a number of Government Policies in the State UBTER. Some of administrative works include organization of BOG meetings, JEEP, pre-& post confidential work, academic, examinations, finance committees, fees restructuring, design & implementation of semester system curriculum, affiliation work for technical institutes and so on. He was a key to Group \u201cC\u201d pre-& post Exam 2004. He has dynamic liaising with CEC, SRIC, AHEC, WRDM, IIT Roorkee, NITTTR, Chandigarh, and IE(I), RLC, Roorkee in coordination of Training Programs for faculties of Various Government Engineering Colleges & Polytechnics of Uttarakhand. At times, he also acted as an expert in a selection committee of UKPSC, Haridwar, Chairman, selection committee in 1990 and 1991 for Hiltron, Rishikesh; He had been Chief Coordinator and DDO of Industry Institute Partnership cell (IIPC) and Entrepreneurship Development & Management (EDM) Project financed by AICTE; Observers at different Boards. After retirement he also served as NMH Project Consultant & Fellow at WRDM, IIT, Roorkee w.e.f. 2022-25. His Publications are reviewer for TMH books on Audio & Video Systems & T.V. Eng, written by author – Prof. R.G. Gupta (Ex. Director U.P. Police wireless communication). He also published Paper on Quality of Service (QOS), Efficiency of Wireless Multimedia Communication AN 2015, 2016 & 2017 in Airo National Research Journal (2015). He is co-author in paper on hydraulics-based leak detection revisited & experimentally verified, published in International Journal of Hydraulic Engineering, HYENG-14052, ASCE (2025). He received several awards and honors viz National Physical Efficiency Test (Jr), by MESW, GOI in 1976, He also qualified U.N. Information & General Knowledge test of USO in 1977. He is a qualified DTE, DOT & Course on RTI Act at administrative training institute, Nainital in 2008. He coordinated as Co-PI in training sponsored by Uttarakhand State conducted through CEC & SRIC and AHEC at IIT Roorkee during 2004-08. He is Co-author of Lab Manuals of Hydraulics for Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education along with Prof. SKM & Mr. PKA. He was also awarded from State Blood Transfusion Council (SBTC) & Uttarakhand State Aids Control Society (USACS), Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Sushila Tiwari Base hospital, Haldwani in the services of Voluntary Blood in 2012, 2013, 2018 etc. He was also selected and completed GOI-Vocational Education Leadership Training (VELT) Program in 2015. He also received district Level Best Prize, NSS in Pauri Garhwal (2016), Rastriya Gaurav Award, India Friendship Society, New Delhi 2016. He is precipitant Scroll of Honor from Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata during 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
